Top Home Selling Tips
1: Your "curb appeal" sets the tone. You
should make sure to keep you grass mowed and trimmed around bushes,
fences, etc. You should be sure to prune your bushes and remove any
overgrowth of landscaping. You may consider adding some mulch and some
flowers for additional color.
2: It’s a great time to have a yard sale to remove any unwanted items
from the home. Buyers look for lots of storage. You should be sure
your closets, cabinets, etc are well organized.
3: Now is a great time to fix all the minor imperfections, such as
loose door knobs, nonfunctioning doorbells, cracked windows,
overflowing gutters, etc. Buyers will not overlook those "little"
imperfections.
4: Home should be "spring cleaned" from top to bottom to include the
oven and refrigerator.
